Matt Jones

Matt Jones, who holds a degree in Exercise Science from UNCW. He was a standout high school athlete, competing in four sports, earning all-state honors in two, and ranking among Louisiana’s top 20 football players. As a former college and semi-professional athlete, Matt transitioned into major rolls such as a defensive coordinator, and a member of the Baltimore Ravens' strength and conditioning staff. His experience also includes working as a rehabilitation technician and serving as the Supervisor of Golf on Bald Head Island, NC.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked with a broad range of athletes—from elite-level professionals to high school students—gaining deep expertise in health and wellness, strength, stability, agility, mobility, balance, speed, quickness, injury prevention, and endurance. He has collaborated with NFL teams and coached athletes who advanced to play in the SEC and other collegiate programs. Matt’s work includes training a former NBA first-round draft pick, supporting their recovery and re-signing post-injury, as well as working with a first-team All-American and national champion sprinter who represented the U.S. in the Olympics.

Passionate about personal and sports training, Matt is dedicated to helping young athletes reach the next level and achieve their goals, finding fulfillment in seeing them develop and grow along the way.
